It this episode I got left alone to start one of the original ideas of the podcast, introducing a topic and explain it in a general way as a foundation to a more deep dive later on. Thin films are our first try at this since it is the main topic of my research and Nicola's job. We will surely go nice and deep later on with him in a later episode.  In the second part of the series is mostly about videogames. We discuss about balancing in both PvE (Player vs Enviroment) and PvP (Player vs Player) and how it is to balance them together or separate.The discussion continues then into PvE balancing around player experience and how the game is made to provide the right difficulty while being enjoyable.
