The Rebels (8-1, 5-1 SEC), in come-from-behind fashion, set the stage for one of the most consequential games in modern program history. If they get Georgia this weekend, where they’re an 11.5-point underdog, how could they be denied a College Football Playoff berth? 

“We’ve lost 30 minutes of football the whole season with a Top 5 schedule,” Sowell said. 

But a win comes first, of course, and their greatest challenge to date awaits in Athens, home of the back-to-back, defending national champion Bulldogs.
