After having one of the worst burnouts of my life I was forced to stop and sort some underlying issues out. I had to ask myself hard questions like why do I feel the need to work myself into the ground? I have also realised that I don't want to have a constant positive mindset as this is not healthy and it isn't reality. This podcast is the start of me accepting my vulnerability, accepting I am not in control all the time, and that's ok, and learning how to step forwards from this situation. Enjoy!

There are many reasons behind this and I talk you through my experience of trying to sell Wilfred as I felt over horsed and also selling Jaffa after realising she would be better off with another rider. Meet FREEDOM ZAMPALADUS aka 'The Urban Cowboy' who is the founder of The Urban Equestrian Academy which is an organisation aimed at connecting inner-city communities to the equestrian world. Freedom went from being a notorious bad boy drug dealer to becoming a local hero within his community alongside being a public speaker and author. This is a deep topic for me and one I haven't spoken about much. I have been through many different seasons when it comes to the way I look at money and in this podcast, I talk you through all of them. I've gone from being a bit of a brat to trying to hide the fact I have been finically supported by my parents. Finally got to sit down and make a podcast with my best friend Lucy about something  I have recently been struggling with. Singleness and relationships have been a big learning curve for me and I really wanted to share my experiences with you all and what I have been learning on the journey. We talk over why we struggled to be single and things we have done in the past to try and mask the pain. I then talk over what I am looking for in a future relationship. I have packed so much into this podcast. I explain why some days I can feel really confident and able and some days the slightest spook can fill me with dread. I talk a lot about the inner game in our heads too. I then lead into being practical and logical if your horse is being a little naughty and ways to overcome this. I finish by explaining how to overcome a confidence hurdle with realistic goals. This is by far the scariest bit of content I have ever posted. I have pondered over sharing this part of my life on social media for a good year now. I just felt too much shame and embarrassment. The reason I decided to is I think it's important to be 100% with you guys and if me sharing my story helps someone else then it's all worth it. I talk over why I turned to this, the actual experience of surgery and recovery, and the impact it had on my relationship with my family. I finish by answering the question in the title.
