«Mars Needs Lovers» - an uncommon musical phenomenon from Russia. An electronic duo of two producers and musicians Serge Kuznetsov and Ivan Startsev makes music between indie-rock and techno, between light experimental electronica and trance.

Origins and Evolution

The project was founded by Sergei Vasiliev and Alexander Polyakov, two musicians with a shared passion for electronic music and a desire to create something that transcended the ordinary. 

Their sound is a rich tapestry of house, progressive, and techno, woven together with an undeniable melodic sensibility.

Pete Bellis was born in 29.04.1983 in Florina a small town in Northern Greece. 

Pete Bellis had always have a special Relationship with Music; his first real direct contact though was in his 18 Years when he started Djing in different Local Bars and cafes. 

As an Organizer of different Events but as well as a Guest, he will “dj” the next years in different Venues around Greece, FYROM, Bulgary and Germany. In the meanwhile he creates 2 music Projects. The “Undertide” Project and the “Cloudz Factory” Project. 

Open to any sound, to any kind of it, but always with a specific “Personal” Style, the Dj-Sets of Pete usually are “dominated” by the Element of pure Groovy House Music full of Electro-ish, Techy, Minimal and Funky Sounds. Sometimes theese Sounds are Dubby Deep or even Dark, sometimes Happy and Funky. That way he always manages to “create” a wonderful environment by providing the right Music on the right Time for the right People on the right Place. 

Nowadays, he is in charge for the Deep and Deeper team and Organizes and participates in events around Greece and Europe.

As a founding member of the legendary quartet Kombinat100, Molle aka Mollono.Bass is a well known face within the scene since quite some time. 

His deep passion for electronic music caused the foundation of Acker Records in 2006, which he leads as its mastermind, as well as the launch of 3000° Records in 2008. And that’s still not enough: The always cheerful dude from the north-eastern German state of Mecklenburg is also involved in the projects Rundfunk3000 and Eulenhaupt & Mollenhauexr. 

Behind the turntables as well as live, Mollono.Bass presents minimal Techhouse beats which directly aim the dance floor and therefore always contain a proper portion of bounce. The efficiency of his grooves has been proved by various successful productions and remixes on Acker and Ostwind Records. 

Also, Molle’s talent has already been smelled beyond the herring pond, a collaboration with Los Angeles resident Absurd Records will present a series of his tracks. Like already known from his productions for Kombinat100, Mollono.Bass embeds warm, groovy and driving drum sets into a dubby, harmonic and emotional soundscape. 

His organic tunes with a touch of atmospheric sounds take the listener on a journey through time and space. Who does not feel like dancing when listening to this music, should probably just stay at home!

Booka Shade (Walter Merziger & Arno Kammermeier) continue to prove exactly why they remain at the heart of electronic music.

Career 

2000s

In 2003, American vocalist Chris Lunsford came to Nizhny Novgorod; the brothers recorded the track "Raven Gypsy" with him, and then created 2 more works: "Consumption" and "Forgotten Grey".

At this time the brothers took a new alias, "Moonbeam". In 2004, they released their first single…

2010s

In late 2009, Moonbeam announced that they would release a new studio album, titled «Around the World», on March 22, 2010.

In 2011, they released a new album called «The Secret» 

In late 2014 Moonbeam returned to the studio to record their next international album. The result was "Atom", which again followed in the Khvaleev brothers' grand tradition of the untraditional. 

«The Random» was followed in 2015 by their second motion picture III.

The thriller/horror film made Official Selection at a wide range of international film festivals, including FANT & Nocturna, Spain, BIFFF, Belgium and the Imagine Film Festival in the Netherlands.

On May 15, 2015, it won the Best Cinematography award at Australia’s prestigious Byron Bay International Film Festival.

On March 5, 2016 at the festival «Trancemission Awakening» Pavel and Vitaly announced the closure of the project and the imminent release of "Eclipse" farewell album.

New album "Eclipse" was released on April 25, 2016.

After 3 years off downtime, in 2019 Vitaly Khvaleev has launched Moonbeam.

DODECA (Victoria) was born in an industrial Ural city and started studying music at the age of 5. She remembers how, with tears in her eyes, she asked her mother to send her to study at a music school, but at that age she was not taken. 

Then, for Victoria's sake, mom agreed with the school management and she was taken from an early age, although she had to study in a preparatory class for 2 years. Her love for music is something that has remained unchanged. 

Music has always supported in difficult times and enhanced the state of joy in moments of happiness. In her youth, Victoria loved the trance direction very much, but now she prefers the Organic House direction, which helped to form a special love for creating an atmosphere in her tracks.

Tale Of Us member Matteo Milleri launches pioneering musical concept ANYMA

Matteo Milleri, who makes up one half of the duo Tale Of Us , is venturing into the next step of his career with an innovative new concept called ANYMA.

What exactly is ANYMA, you ask? 

ANYMA is a live music project which blends computer-generated environments with with real-life aspects, blurring the line between what is digital and what is real. This will all be achievable through state of the art technology, production and design, and not only is ANYMA a concept but will also be an alias for Matteo to release music on. He explains:

“ANYMA is my creative self-expression, blending music, art and immersive realities to explore the next phase in the realm of consciousness. Physical and digital creations merge to become a singular enlightening field of experience: Genesys”

ANYMA will collaborate with award-winning production company Builders Club which specialises in film, 3D motion and interactive storytelling to bring his vision to life in a spectacular way,

Allowing fans to see a new side to Matteo’s production outside of Tale Of Us, this solo project will blow minds in a visual and audio sense, and we cannot wait to see how this project pans out and what is in store for him...
