We all to some degree chase happiness. Hey its an easier state to cruise through life in whats the big D? Well as we look at one state of being (something that is forever in flux) as ideal, then we are bound to look at others as less than and therefore resist experiencing them to certain degrees.

Fear not for I share three tips to help you embrace all moods so you can stop resisting (no matter how uncomfortable) and meet all of life with an open mind and heart.

This past full moon in Leo has been extra emotional.. 

I think many of us, myself included, unconsciously resist feeling anything less than happy.. especially anger

But all that does is create resistance to healthy emotional expression which is absolutely necessary to have a balanced state of being

In this episode I share how sometimes moods find us and wish to hang for a bit and that's ok! 

There are ways to express anger and navigate the feels without harming and self destructing :)
