Un enorme saludo a todo el ecosistema de la plataforma Hive, incluida toda la comunidad de full deportes; espero estén teniendo un día maravilloso.
En el día de hoy, mis queridos hivers, les voy a compartir con ustedes la continuación de esta serie titulada "Un poco de mi entreno" en su capítulo #8. En esta miniserie les comparto algunas series de mis entrenamientos en el deporte del street workout y la calistenia para aquellos que quieran darse una idea de este maravilloso deporte y quieran entrenarlo.
En el día de hoy realicé una rutina bastante completa: una sesión de entrenamiento intensa y desafiante que combinó la plancha, ese ejercicio que exige fuerza y equilibrio, y el front level, esa disciplina que me apasiona y me motiva a superarme día tras día... Así que me siento muy contento por lo que he logrado conseguir en mis entrenamientos; una satisfacción profunda que surge del esfuerzo, la dedicación y la perseverancia... Logrando mejorar día tras día, con cada repetición, con cada intento, con cada pequeño progreso que me acerca a mis metas.
Voy a seguir mejorándome de mi lesión, ese obstáculo que me impidió entrenar al máximo durante un tiempo, y rehabilitándome, con paciencia, cuidado y una escucha atenta a las señales de mi cuerpo... Teniendo en cuenta que fue el serrato, ese músculo fundamental para la estabilidad del hombro, y mi trapecio bajo, esa estructura que me permite mantener una postura correcta y realizar movimientos complejos, los que se vieron afectados por la lesión.
Cada entrenamiento es una oportunidad para reconectar con mi cuerpo, para desafiar mis límites y para demostrarme a mí mismo de lo que soy capaz... Y aunque el camino sea largo y a veces difícil, la pasión por lo que hago me impulsa a seguir adelante, con la mirada puesta en el horizonte y la certeza de que, con esfuerzo y perseverancia, todo es posible.
La plancha y el front level son más que simples ejercicios; son una forma de expresión, una manera de conectar con mi fuerza interior y de superar mis miedos... Cada vez que logro mantener la posición, siento una sensación de poder y control que me llena de confianza y me impulsa a seguir mejorando.
La lesión fue un aprendizaje valioso; me enseñó a escuchar a mi cuerpo, a respetar mis límites y a valorar cada pequeño progreso... Y aunque aún siento algunas molestias, sé que estoy en el camino correcto y que, con paciencia y dedicación, volveré a estar al 100%.
Así que aquí estoy, de vuelta en el ruedo, con más fuerza y determinación que nunca; dispuesto a darlo todo para alcanzar mis metas y seguir inspirando a otros a perseguir sus propios sueños... ¡Recuerden siempre escuchar a su cuerpo, disfrutar del proceso y nunca rendirse ante la adversidad!

Today, my dear hivers, I am going to share with you the continuation of this series entitled "A little of my training" in its chapter # 8. In this miniseries I share with you some series of my workouts in the sport of street workout and calisthenics for those who want to get an idea of this wonderful sport and want to train it.
Today I did a fairly complete routine: an intense and challenging training session that combined the plank, that exercise that requires strength and balance, and the front level, that discipline that I am passionate about and motivates me to improve myself day after day ... So I feel very happy about what I have managed to achieve in my workouts; a deep satisfaction that comes from effort, dedication and perseverance... Achieving improvement day after day, with each repetition, with each attempt, with each small progress that brings me closer to my goals.
I will continue to improve from my injury, that obstacle that prevented me from training at my best for a while, and rehabilitate, with patience, care and attentive listening to my body's signals... Bearing in mind that it was the serratus, that fundamental muscle for shoulder stability, and my lower trapezius, that structure that allows me to maintain correct posture and perform complex movements, that were affected by the injury.
Each workout is an opportunity to reconnect with my body, to challenge my limits and to show myself what I am capable of... And although the road is long and sometimes difficult, the passion for what I do drives me to keep going, with my eyes set on the horizon and the certainty that, with effort and perseverance, everything is possible.
The plank and the front level are more than simple exercises; They are a form of expression, a way to connect with my inner strength and overcome my fears... Every time I manage to maintain the position, I feel a sense of power and control that fills me with confidence and drives me to keep improving.
The injury was a valuable learning experience; it taught me to listen to my body, to respect my limits and to appreciate every little progress... And although I still feel some discomfort, I know that I am on the right path and that, with patience and dedication, I will be back at 100%.
So here I am, back in the ring, stronger and more determined than ever; willing to give it my all to achieve my goals and continue inspiring others to pursue their own dreams... Always remember to listen to your body, enjoy the process and never give up in the face of adversity!
