Strap in folks this is a long one!
On today's show I am attempting to peek behind the curtain on what it takes to put on a successful Comics convention.
I am lucky enough to be joined by two highly respected convention organisers, both responsible for putting on some of the most anticipated comics focused events in the UK.
Dennis Whittle - Oldham Comic Con
Stuart Mulrain - True Believers Comic Festival
As you will hear the passion of the guests means the show runs for around 2 hrs 30 mins and during that time we discuss the their first experience of conventions, why they both choose to organise their respective events, what makes a good and conversely what makes for a poor convention experience.
We round off the show by tackling the difficult question of what comic conventions may look like in a post-pandemic world.
As ever we urge listener discretion as some adult language and humour may be included, and please remember all opinions expressed by guests are solely their own.
