Isn't love supposed to be unconditional, aren't we supposed to accept people for who they are?
OR
Have we become so accustomed to this new way of living where we can tailor almost anything to suit our needs, that we are now doing the same when it comes to life partners?
Just like a pizza you don't quite like, you just pick off the toppings (traits) that you don't about someone whom you are engaged with and hopefully you are left with the "new & improved" version of the "love of your life?
The number one consistent factor in all of your social interactions is you, so how they play out is also up to you.
If you aren't reacting based on how you feel toward people then you can never expect them to understand you on a basic level when it comes to engaging with you.
Of course it depends on what you want from your interactions with others, does it matter that they know who you really are? do you even want them to know who you really are.
Are you doing whats necessary or are you doing what you feel like doing?
most of the things that we need to do in order to grow, tend to put us outside of our comfort zone.
Start out small when it comes to doing whats necessary, clean your room, take out the trash on time every week, make sure you promptly perform the little life admin tasks that seem tedious and time consuming.
This episodes topic is how does your personality cope with your work environment? are you living two personas between work life and home life and if so whats that doing to your mental health in the long run.
