Brendan Furry, currently a sophomore for the nationally-ranked Minnesota State Mavericks and part of the 2015 state title team for Toledo St. Francis, tells the improbable story of his development path that switched away from a plan to play for the BGSU club team to a USHL tryout, eventually leading to multiple offers from elite NCAA programs and a key role on one of the top teams in college hockey.
