On Cue is a weekly music and film podcast hosted by music supervisor, Liz Gallacher, and film director, Trish Sie. Each Tuesday, Liz and Trish dish about music, movies, and life. Guests and friends in the fields of music, art, and entertainment appear frequently to join the conversation.

In addition to being our good friend, JENNY OPPENHEIMER has been in the music industry for thirty years… as a publicist, manager, music supervisor, marketing exec, and live events specialist. She’s also an entertainment trivia savant, so we made up a special game just for her: TV THEME SONGS FOR JENNY.

Trish’s signature cocktail or mocktail – THE JIFFY POP 

1 oz Tequila (for mocktail, use 3 oz  of tonic water) 

½ oz Mezcal (for mocktail, use 3-4 drops of liquid smoke) 

½ oz Nixta corn liqueur (for mocktail, use ½ teaspoon of sweet corn extract, I like Amoretti brand!) 

½ oz Alma Tepec spicy chile liqueur (for mocktail, use 3-4 drops of cayenne extract) 

½ oz Sweet Vermouth (skip this for a drier mocktail; if you like drinks on the sweeter side, use ½ oz of simple syrup/agave/maple syrup) 

½ oz lime juice 

Shake well in a shaker with ice, then serve strained into a cute glass. Garnish with a dried orange or any other damn thing you like!

1 oz Campari (or cranberry juice) 

1 oz lemon juice 

½ oz coconut cream 

Shake with ice and serve strained in a chilled cocktail glass, preferably garnished with dried roses and jasmine if you’re sassy.
