On Mission

We were privileged to talk with several business leaders and entrepreneurs during the Leader to Leader Conference in March. Over a two-day period, Dr. Davis and Jonathan tag-teamed interviews.

In this interview, Jonathan met with guest Kay Edwards, founder and CEO of Outsight Network. Edwards explains her mission of helping people build autonomy, mastery, and purpose in their businesses. They discuss how that mission is played out in her company and her passion for helping small business leaders.
