On todays episode, things get vulnerable . I have found myself sitting in it and being very uncomfortable BUT being vulnerable is not always comfortable..sometimes there's a fear of how you will look AFTER you are emotionally naked. Being Vulnerable is not comfortable but its always beautiful.
