Our culture is discipling us twenty-four seven, three-sixty-five.  It screams at us “Life is all about you.”  But living a self-absorbed life is poison to us and everyone around us.  The only way to be discipled by Jesus, to have his mind, to live a flourishing life is to be immersed in God’s word!  Then, to understand the bible we need to see the one-story arc from Genesis to Revelation—it’s a five-minute flyover of the one story of the bible!  Finally, Shawna gives a sweet on ramp to getting into the word with some real practical ideas.
