Whilst many of us can recognise toxic behaviour exhibited by others, it is comparatively difficult to see that we ourselves may be capable of acting toxic. Britney Spears was therefore right to ask "Don't you know that you're toxic?" as many of us don't. That is, until we take a step back and evaluate ourselves or as Ice Cube says "check yo self" .
