Iwan’s personal accolades include Indonesia’s Property & Bank Magazine Golden Leadership Award 2013, The Congress of Indonesian Diaspora Entrepreneur award 2013 and regional award at the 2013 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Awards and the 2015 Urban Taskforce Property Person of the Year.

Scott Cutter, originally from Birmingham, Alabama first came to Costa Rica in 1997 after graduating from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a degree in Sociology and a minor in Spanish. After arriving here, Scott explored the entire country, particularly the Pacific Coast and settled on living in the Manuel Antonio area. Scott spent several years as the General Manager of a luxury boutique hotel in the area and then began a career as a real estate broker in the area, a field in which has been working full time for the past 15 years. In addition to working a specialist in vacation homes, condos, retirement properties and rental properties, Scott also has extensive experience in development in the area. During his time in Manuel Antonio, Scott has sold land and negotiated the largest development land and hotel sales in the area, as well as led land acquisition, product development, permitting, and marketing plans for several of the areas largest projects. Scott is now the sales director for Marina Pez Vela, in addition to his ongoing role as lead broker for 2 Costa Rica Real Estate, where he has managed the commercial development of the project, yacht sales programs, condo sales and general integration of the project into the community.

With degrees in both Architecture (B. Arch.) and Historic Preservation (M.Sc.), Joseph Pell Lombardi established his firm in 1969 as one of the first to specialize in restoration, preservation, adaptive re-use and contextual new buildings. With offices in New York, France and Hungary, the Office of Joseph Pell Lombardi has served as architect for over 1,000 projects worldwide.

His practice ranges from preservation projects, as in the conservation of a 12th century château in Andelat, France to large-scale adaptive re-use projects such as Liberty Tower, an early 20th century 33-story Gothic skyscraper in New York City’s Financial District converted to residential use. As both architect and principal, Mr. Lombardi’s 1978 conversion of Liberty Tower introduced residential use to lower Manhattan.

He has conserved and converted to residential use over 200 commercial buildings in Manhattan and has conserved and restored over 200 houses throughout the world. Current projects include conversion to residential use of a Midtown Manhattan tower, nine commercial buildings in SoHo and NoHo being converted to residential use and the creation of a new contextual residential tower on the Upper East Side of Manhattan.

Mr. Lombardi owns many of the projects in which he is involved. He is the owner of the National Historic Landmark, Armour-Stiner (Octagon) House, the only Roman temple form, domed octagonal house in the world and the first property to have been sold into private ownership by the National Trust for Historic Preservation. He also owns and is conserving several other major historic homes including Château du Sailhant, an early medieval château-fort in the Auvergne region of central France and Alfheim Lodge, a rustic, storybook lodge in the mountains north of New York City.

As the Founder and guiding force behind Time Equities, Inc., Francis Greenburger has earned a reputation for outstanding integrity and an uncanny ability to foresee changing directions and create value in a variety of real estate markets. Francis lives with his wife, Isabelle and is a devoted father to his four children. He is an active board member in and supporter of, various arts, education and community organizations.

A true property specialist, Gary founded Beauchamp Estates nearly forty years ago. Gary also has far reaching knowledge of the commercial and development market and has been involved in the sale and acquisition of exclusive properties and some major sites in Central London.
