It's time to Go on the Air with IWFFA!

In this episode we will be talking about the importance of staying active. We know that nowadays returning to the gym or being active again can be a bit challenging, but we’re bringing you some tips to not lower your guard and be able to perform physical activity at home.

We are happy to announce the comeback of the Spanish IWFFA radio show host by Paola, Nanda and MJ. In this first show, we will get to know them, listen to the interview with Alexa from Mexico, our new IWFFA members, and how was the 1st IWFFA Flag Football clinics in this beautiful country. Also, we have a special participation from players and staff of the 1st IWFFA tournament in New Orleans. Last but not least, IWFFA is constantly moving forward and trying to have new projects in which women can get together and have a great time, an example of this, is our 1st IWFFA festival, thanks to Briseida from El Salvador for her participation on this show. So, stay tuned and be part of this community.

Michelle Crone has produced over 50 women’s festivals. One of her most  famous festivals she produced was the Rhythm Women’s Music Festival in  Georgia. Michelle was one of the early organizers at the Michigan  Women’s Music Festival (largest with over8,000 women) and shares what it  was like in the beginning of these festivals.

Our interview with Michelle will enlighten our listeners to the power  of female unity, as she describes the early years of organizing women  festivals.

In the second part of the show, you'll hear interview with veteran Mom Coach: Kristie Artigue who shares the emotions of being a fairly new female coach in today's society. And finaly, we celebrate the Pakistan Women's Flag Football Team: Aney Rustam, Abida Batool, Aisha Qazi, Zainab Riaz, Ume Omema and Zeba Manzoor Hussain who won the 2020 International Trivia Contest .
