In our first episode back, we’re observing all the ways we give our power away. We also take a look at why healing our shadow is crucial to our growth, and for bridging the gap between our present Self, and the next level of Self. 

After a session of deep inner inquiry with my Shadow Self, I was presented with a question: what are these experiences you keep giving your power away to? 

We then take a look at what it means to be brave. Bravery supports us in pursuing our greatest potential in life. It take immense bravery to follow your own unique path and journey. Use the below questions to support you in aligning with your most bravest Self.
