LT joined U.S. Cellular as president and CEO in July 2020, bringing 15+ years of experience in the wireless industry, including more than 10 years at AT&T, where he held roles as chief financial officer of AT&T Business Solutions, senior vice president of AT&T Small Business Solutions, and his most recent position as CEO of AT&T Mexico.

Prior to his career at AT&T, LT was chief operating officer at IPcelerate, Inc., and he began his career at Bain & Company, leading several high impact assignments related to operational redesign and cost structure. He also completed four and a half years with the U.S. Marine Corps, earning the rank of Captain and serving as a telecommunications operations officer in San Diego, Calif., and a communications officer in Southeast Asia.

LT earned bachelor’s degrees in business administration and marketing from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas and a master's degree in business administration from Harvard Business School in Boston, Mass. He lives in the Chicago area with his wife and two children.

About Brad Wilson

Brad Wilson is Executive Vice President, Growth and Revenue for WarnerMedia, responsible for achieving subscriber goals and revenue targets for HBO Max and future direct-to-consumer services, working both domestically as well as with regional business teams internationally. He was named to this position in June 2020.

In his current role, Wilson leads Growth Marketing efforts, utilizing data-driven marketing strategies with the goal of accelerating customer growth, engagement and retention, in addition to overseeing the data, insights and operations teams, bringing together data science and engineering, consumer intelligence and programmatic marketing expertise across the direct-to-consumer organization. He was also responsible for launching the Disney Bundle service, combining the Disney+, ESPN+ and Hulu services into a single bundled consumer offering.

Previously, Wilson served as Chief Marketing Officer and Head of Customer Operations for LendingTree, where he built a culture for accelerating customer acquisition and vastly improving repeat revenue. During his tenure, he helped the company achieve record revenue and record profitability while driving deeper customer relationships with new capabilities across the company’s personalized app experience, myLendingTree. Brad has also held senior roles at Expedia, Nutrisystem, Inc. and Match.com, and delivered meaningful subscriber growth, drove higher customer lifetime value and improved efficiency across multiple channels and brands within each business.

Wilson previously served on the Board of Directors for U.S. Auto Parts Network.
