The season's are changing. Don't miss the subtle beauty that will only last a moment, but don't miss the beauty that will refresh your soul; it will fill your cup. Beauty.

The world may feel like chaos, or a hundred other emotions, all meant to steal your breath, your hope. Don't let it. Step out outside. Step up to a window. Find that one tree or flower. Notice how it is (almost imperceptibly) changing. Cook something fresh from scratch (no excuses, there are hundreds of recipes online). Then light a candle, turn off the noise, and sit down to eat that meal with all of your senses. Beauty.

Spring fever hit me hard this year and sapped me of inspiration. What I needed was rest; to fill my cup. It took me a bit, but finally I found the inspiration I needed to create a new season of newsletters.
