On the Level Podcast

It's time for us to tackle the return (again) of Spider-man! But before we pull off each of the eight legs we head though the news, argue about speedruns and wonder what Fortnite is all about, plus a hat full of other bits.

Also a quiz! A patented Simon Morgan impossible quiz!

After last weeks 'Waiting' we thought we'd go back and dissect it one stage further; yes, the two of us have come down with a case of Sequelitis.

Harry and Simon brave the world of 2's and 3's and beyond whilst Reece messes about in a gondola.

This week we poke our spoons in the porridge of video games. Is this one too hot? Is this one too cold? Or to be more precise; have we waited to long for this sequel or not long enough?

We're playing the waiting game and we all find out why a)it's always 8 years and b) just how much Viennetta is too much?

We're a week removed from E3 2017 so it's time to see what's left on the ground after the carnival packed up and left town...

Monster Hunter, Battlefront 2, Spider-Man, Michael Bay, weird looking Netflix Weasels; no stone is left unturned.

Well then, that's it for another year (or at least until Gamescom rocks up). We pick through each of the main briefings and decide who came out on top and who came out on bottom.

(*Spoilers* EA was very, very on bottom)

It's that time of year again: Video gaming's annual blowout. But what do we think will be whipped out from behind the curtains at E3 2017? Reece (absent) is hoping for Wellington Sim 2018, Simon is still waiting on Samus. And Harry? Well, let's just say his hopes and dreams run a little more exotic...

We're on the road to E3! This week we take a look back at the reveals of games that have stood out to us over the years. It turns out Reece has nothing but happy memories, Simon still hasn't got over Metroid and Harry is nonplussed about zombie filled bushes powered by the PlayStation 4. And, while we're at it, Smallville was a bit pants wasn't it?

The Flash finale, Uncharted movie news, Red Dead delayed and much, much more - all with a Snoopy twist!

Also, have you seen this man? Famous British, Austrian, American actor - noted for brown hair and a penis.

It seems to be the tricky topic that shouldn't be a tricky topic, but this week we discuss sex and sexism within the video game industry and esports.

We don't know much - but we're putting extra emphasis on the 'Why?' in our X & Y.

(Bonus 'Wellington Boot' fetish segment)

This week we give Guardians of the Galaxy Volume 2 a quick review and discuss the state of Marvel's affair with all things Infinity gems. Does it get 3 Tha-yes or 3 Tha-nos?

We also pick apart some of the gaming news that caught our eye last week. Also feathery boobs for some reason.
