This week Addison talked with soccer player Izzy Thoma. Izzy is a junior at Glacier Peak High School here in Washington state, and is hoping to continue her career into college. She discusses the ins and outs of being a high school athlete, as well as her aspirations for the future. 

This week Addison sat down with former NFL player Prince Daniels Jr. to talk all things mindset. Prince is now an Elite Athlete Mindset Expert. He shares his journey through high school, college, and professional sports. Prince also stresses the importance of learning the practice of meditation and how to get started.
