Tashfeen Ansari is a holistic life-coach with a bachelors degree in "Psychology with Counselling Skills." He is a certified practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Hypnotherapy, EFT, TFT, Therapeutic Art and Meditation. Tashfeen is also the founder of The Psych Bridge, a non-profit NGO that provides free mental health services to the youth.  

We talk to Tashfeen about why there's a crisis of identity and purpose in our generation and how previous generations fared with these problems. He explains how depression and anxiety become mental health problems and why these problems are largely neglected in society. We also specifically discuss what impact Covid-19 and the current situation in the world is having on people's mental health in different forms and what we need to do to help them.

Ismail Farooq has an incredibly fascinating conversation with Ali Ahsan, Editor of FootballPakistan.com (FPDC) about the history of football in the region, it's (lack of) development and its current state in Pakistan. Starting off from the War of Independence in 1857 and ending at the latest news surrounding Pakistani football, these discussions span many topics, ranging from how cricket got the upper hand over football and how FIFA's corruption and politics are directly linked with Pakistan's problems. The pair also talk at length about the tragic situation of Pakistani football, how things have been this bad for so long, and how the Normalisation Committee will hopefully lead to a new era of Pakistani football in the near future.

In this pre-recorded episode, Ismail Farooq and Ali Shayan debate a topic that is very relevant and important in football discussions and opinions. Should matches be judged by looking at which team scored more goals? Sounds kind of obvious, right? Maybe it isn't. 

Should the ability and success of teams and managers be based on more than just trophies? Aren't trophies the ultimate litmus test for deciding winners from the rest? What about "bottlers," serial chokers and those that haven't won anything? 

The two have a lengthy and heavy debate about two different ways of approaching and understanding these aspects of football.
