He's been a part of Sports Backers Marathon Training Team for over 20 years and is extremely active in all things running. We talk about how he discovered his love of running in his 40s and more!

The run club was created by Kleigh Koupal and two friends who realized when running with others the effect was that you created community, and added to your overall community as a whole.
