Sometimes, people just need a reality check - and in the Recruitment & Digital Marketing space nowadays, we’re definitely feeling that. Just because you throw money at us (or in some cases expect help for free!) doesn’t mean you’ll magically get the Marketing Strategy of your dreams or the candidate/job you’ve been wishing for. The reality is, you need to put in some effort on your end so we can get the job done. But, some people just don’t get it. So, we’re here to rant, vent, and get down and dirty with our thoughts about the unrealistic expectations that some clients and candidates have when they work with us. Sorry, not sorry.
