In the fifth and final message of this series, the focus is on the life of Ananias and the role he played in Saul’s testimony. Once again, the Lord spoke in a vision, and Ananias replied, “Here I am, Lord.” Ananias said, “Yes, I’m ready to serve,” but he didn’t know God was asking him to heal the one who was “breathing threats and murder against the disciples.” Needless to say, that’s an uncomfortable assignment. 

In fact, God’s assignments are almost always uncomfortable because they’re not about us; they are about God and His mission. We never become who Gods’ called us to be in our comfort zone. That’s one of many reasons why our assignments are so important. 

What assignment has God been speaking to you about? Is the assignment bigger than you? Is the assignment about serving and blessing others? If the answer is “yes,” then what you do next reveals what you truly believe.

Today is your opportunity to say, “Here I am.” What is the power of one unconditional “Yes” in your life? Test God with your obedience and see what happens next.

You know the kid on the playground who wants to play with the big kids, but knows they will be laughed at for not being.....enough? We have all felt that way with God, at times, like we just couldn't follow or obey because of some flaw, deficiency or past sin. 

This week in our Here I Am series, Willam tackles one of the most powerful barriers that keeps us from fulfilling the call of God on our lives: Shame.

In this message we will see how God views our shame, whether legitimate or imagined, and understand how our response shapes our usefulness in His kingdom. Expect to be encouraged, challenged and blessed by this message from Isaiah 6.

Samuel was dedicated to the LORD by his mother Hannah. He grew up serving Eli, the high priest, but there was compromise in Eli and his son’s lives. 1 Samuel 3:1 says, “And the word of the LORD was rare in those days; there was no frequent vision.” 
God decides to speak and entrust His Word to the young boy, Samuel. In this message, one will learn how to hear and steward the Word of God without compromising the Word. This is an important and timely word on a personal level as well as nationally and globally given what is happening in Israel at this time. 
As you listen to this message, position your heart and mind to say, “Here I am.” Some words are easier to receive than others. This is a hard word, but it is a necessary word. We must learn to say, “Speak, for your servant hears,” and be willing to steward whatever we hear.

In second message of this series, the focus will be on the life of Moses. 
Moses was on the backside of the wilderness minding his own business, not expecting to have an encounter with God. However, God never forgets His purpose for us or quits pursuing us. 
Most people frequently ask, what is God’s will for my life? Everyone wants to know God’s purpose for his or her life; yet most people don’t know it. Listen to this message and discover the role of availability in discovering, knowing, and doing the will of God. All of us need to wrestle with this statement, “There’s nothing more important in your life than your availability to God.”

Ultimately, it is an invitation to a blessed life that blesses God and others.

The fifth message in this series is about returning to God. The Israelites had departed from God and given Him nine different excuses. In Malachi 3:6-12, God gives one of the greatest promises in the pages of scripture. Unfortunately, most people view giving from a negative perspective, but this is one of the most important promises in scripture. 

Ultimately, the book of Malachi and this specific passage is an invitation to revival. We aren’t waiting on God; He is waiting on us to return. Tune in and decide what specific ways God is asking you to return.

The fourth message in this series is about giving God one hundred percent. In fact, in Matthew 6, Jesus says, “No one can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and wealth. 
One hundred percent is about a devoted instead of divided heart. Competition for our devotion always reveals two things: One, we need to elevate our view of God and trust His promises. Two, we need to identify the enemy’s lies and replace them with truth. This message will identify four primary temptations to compromise our commitment to one hundred percent.

The third message in this series is about seeing and understanding the role serving plays in our spiritual formation. Serving is so much more than volunteering at church a handful of hours a month; serving is a lifestyle based upon our identity in Christ.

Lastly this message will address and answer this question, “What do you want me to do for you?” This is a remarkable question. This question reveals what is in our heart, selfish ambition or divine ambition. As we work through this question together, we’ll see the example Jesus sets for us in Mark 10:45, “For even the Son of Man came not to be saved but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.”
