October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month. In this episode we start by sharing some statistics and defining domestic violence. We then discuss the 5 types of abuse that are defined under domestic violence and provide examples for what each type can look or sound like in a relationship. Throughout the episode we share resources and some personal insight on domestic violence we have gained from working in the field.
