Paula Doroff is a career and life strategist who helps high-achieving professionals and leaders find their paths to meaningful and authentic lives. 

Raised in poverty by her illiterate grandmother, she dreamed of migrating from Brazil to the United States and a better life. Starting with odd jobs, no formal education she soon landed a position as a receptionist, then slowly climbed the corporate ladder to become vice president of the world’s most powerful Fortune 300 companies: Goldman Sachs, BlackRock, Morgan Stanley and Ameriprise Financial.
