We say goodbye to Peter and Eva, and the cast of ODVTMB. Dr. Bob reflects on how his life and practice has both thrived during these dark years and what life for he and his family is like now that his probation is nearly over. He shares what he hopes people have gained from reading his tale, and his plans for penning another tale when the time is right - hopefully one that doesn't involve the medical board.

Peter and family travel to Washington DC to take part in a rally near the White House to raise awareness of vaccine injury. Dr. Bob relates his own experiences at the VIE event he attended in 2019. Then we fast-forward a few years (while the world goes through the pandemic) and find Peter and Eva near the end of their medical board probation relaxing and recovering on the beach in Cancun as Peter reflects on how his practice has thrived and grown despite all attempts to shut him down.

A new investigator at the medical board takes one more shot at Dr. Peter, but finds that the higher ups seem to all be moving on to bigger and better game. We also get an inside look at one government official who really hates vaccine mandates but is afraid to stand up for the truth. Then we join Peter on the backpacking trail on his annual trek through the Yosemite wilderness, and he meets some very surprising people in the last place you'd expect.

Once more into the breach goes Dr. Peter and every other medical freedom fighter. And what makes it worse is that they all know they are going to lose against the Legislative establishment. But go they must, and they go down in a blaze of glory. Dr. Bob shares an in-depth look at how this chapter parallels his own experience trying to defeat the vaccine mandate.

Peter finds out about his next round of punishments and meets his new probation officer, who seems more out to trap him than her predecessor. The good doctor ups his fight for medical freedom with a new video podcast series. Meanwhile, The Three decide to take a 180 on their plans, which will shock every freedom-loving family to the core.

As the AG and her Deputy realize their quarry might not fall prey to the medical board after all, the board enlists the health department and the school nurses association to help bring down more doctors. Dr. Peter and Eva enjoy a much-needed night out on the town, but find way more than they bargained for as one of their antagonists comes face to face with death. Dr. Bob recounts the ongoing and unexpected costs of medical board probation.

Peter gets hit with another investigation and his reaction leaves those around him stunned. Meanwhile, the medical board releases its report on fraudulent medical exemptions to the public and Senator Donaldson puts forth a new bill to restrict parental medical choice even further. Dr. Bob shares how he struggled through this phase and the steps he took to keep his head screwed on straight.

Peter's punishment goes public, but not in the way you'd expect. But when another medical board case opens up against him, he finds it's more than he can handle. Dr. Bob shares one fun part of finding a silver lining in all of this, and how he tried to cope with the fear of losing his livelihood after all.
