Following the sudden departure of Patrick Graham to Las Vegas, the Giants wuickly replaced him with the former Baltimore Ravens DC, known for dominating defenses that bring the heat.

Adam and Andy discuss key rankings and blitz rates over the past several seasons for Martindale, while also highlighting the type of personnel the Giants will want under Wink. Andy brings up Ravens free agents like Calais Cambell and other veterans that could be great short term solutions for the Giants to fill key roles, and help institute a new defensive system. Under Patrick Graham there was a sense the Giants could could "push pause" on rebuilding the defense, and Adam discusses the impact of the hire on the draft, as the organization will now look to add pieces to both sides of the ball.

The guys then discuss additions Bobby Johnson, Shea Tierney and Mike Kafta to a robust coaching staff under Brian Daboll. The Giants now have multiple former Buffalo Bills in the building as well as poaching the young QB guru from Kansas City.
