One Good Day

After a brief break (bender) I am back! Holiday recap, New Years Traditions, intentions, and plans for 2021. 

I'M BACK! Survived finals, a wedding, and a move. Lots has been happening, so here's an update! More chaos as usual.

It's a slippery slope out here. Things are changing a bit, new medications, different diet, same me. I talk fear about food, my love-hate relationship with running, and finals! Email questions to answer for you or questions you have for me at [email protected]! 

This week I talk about how I made the most of Thanksgiving dinner (and drinks), life without a spleen, and my many more surgeries. Here's a deeper dive into why I choose to treat my body with kindness, sometimes it's harder than others, but nevertheless, it's always kind of funny. Don't break under life's pressure, just bend.

Volleyball, concussions, and carbs. 5 schools in 5 years led me to a lot of good people and stories. Through all of this, I grew as an advocate for myself as a patient and student. Day 10 update on the Wahls Protocol and roommates-giving!
