In a World of Constant Change, Find Solace in a Forest.
In this episode I recap my families recent adventures in the Adirondacks and talk about the benefits of getting out into nature. As John Muir puts it "Allow nature's peace to flow into you as sunshine flows into trees."
I truly believe getting out into nature ourselves as well as teaching children about the natural world should be seen as one of the most important events in our lives.
It allows us the opportunity to grow, learn, be present and witness beauty with every step of the journey.
