Janet talks about how she picked out Palm Sunday Songs that point to Easter and what they mean.
You guys, I know this is an old song, but I pulled it out to do this week because I was feeling it deep in my spirit. Especially after I looked at what it meant. This is how we do our Huddle (word of encouragement) each week at our church.
SONG 1: THIS IS AMAZING GRACE by North Point Worship
Key words: is the Chorus. This is amazing Grace, this is unfailing love, that he would take my place, that he would bear my cross. You laid down your life, that I'd be set free. Jesus I sing for, all that you've done for me! WORTHY IS THE LAMB THAT WAS SLAIN, WORTHY IS THE KING WHO CONQUERED THE GRAVE
1. Ephesians 2:8
2. Romans 5:20–21
3. 2 Corinthians 12:9–10
4. Ephesians 1:2-10 AMPC
5. Hebrews 4:15–16
GRACE: : 5485 xáris "favor, disposed to, inclined, favorable toward, leaning toward to share benefit") – grace (xaris) is primarily used of the Lord's favor, freely extended to give Himself away to people (because He "ever leans toward them").
MERCY: To receive mercy or obtain mercy.—The real meaning is, receive compassion (Hebrews 2:17) in our weakness and trials.
éleos (translating OT 2617/ese, "covenant-loyalty," "covenant-love" used over 170 times in the OT…."mercy," as defined by loyalty to God's covenant. In the NT it's loyalty and covenant through the blood of Jesus!
SONG 2: Name Above All Names by Charity Gayle
Key words that stand out to me in this song is the bridge:
The cross still stands, the blood still flows, the work is finished and hell still knows
The grave is still empty, the tomb is still rolled, and you're still high and lifted up, you're still seated on the throne!
1. John 19:30 MEANING: THE WORK IS FINISHED BUT IT'S NOT OVER!
2. Ephesians 1:19-20 New King James Version
3. Romans 8:11
4. Ephesians 3:16-17 NLT
5. Matthew 27:45-56New King James Version
Jesus Dies on the Cross
6. Job 19:25 ESV
Song 3: No One Beside by Elevation Worship
Key words to me are in verse 4: you are the ONE who redeems the wrongs that I have done, reigning over all the days to come
Lamentations 3:55-60

Our FAITH forms a "belief system" and…….. everything flows out of our belief system.
In life, your belief system responds to the faith that's been poured in your spirit by the Holy Spirit and therefore your spirit is at work convincing your soul that God is able to do the impossible!!!!
Your spirit is easy to receive revelation and truth, but your soul wants to try to rationalize it, make sense of it, and weigh out the possibilities. So, your spirit is trying to convince your soul not to look at your circumstances but look at your GOD!
THE DYNAMICS OF THE BELIEF-EXPECTATION CYCLE
Scriptures on sins of the father
Exodus 20:4-5
SINS OF THE FATHERS & the CROSS
Bad News is our ancestors have sinned and we have sinned! But here's the Good News!
We have a Redeemer! God has provided a way of FREEDOM from all the effects of ancestors sins and our own sin. To receive this freedom, we have to receive by FAITH, what Jesus did for us on the Cross!
Here is a list of a few Common Sins & Curses that we can inherit
Confess Your Sins:
Here are some scriptures on confessing!
1 John 1:9-10, Psalm 32:5, Psalm 38:18, Proverbs 28:13, Romans 10:10, Matthew 3:6, Romans 10:9, Psalm 32:3, Hebrews 10:23
THE ANSWER TO SIN IS JESUS!
Out of these sins it causes hurt, then ungodly beliefs are often formed.
Janet explains what it like to Walk with God like Enoch did!!
Genesis 5:24 And Enoch walked with God; and he was not, for God took him.
You guys! I feel this deep in my heart that God is calling out to you to WALK WITH HIM! To walk with God like Enoch did is to be fully involved in the heartfelt action, passionately motivated in light of Jesus and the Holy Spirit for personal impact (end-benefits).
To walk with God in Hebrew the word for walk is halak and it means taking the needed action to draw close to Him! It means to take the necessary steps to hear His voice! You have to walk intentionally with Him because God wants to take you to the next place or stage (destination) in your life. He is on the move and He wants you to be on the move to.
When you are "walking with God" He is constantly calling to you "move foward" …… walking forward with necessary effort! When you WALK with God on a daily basis, you will make progress with benefits! God is calling you to (figuratively) walk out a particular lifestyle, proceeding to the next level of holiness.
Today I want to encourage you to be intentional about walking with God!
Fellowship is the key word! You can have fellowship, intimacy, closeness with the Holy Spirit! He is here to HELP YOU!
The Holy Spirit is your companion, your partner, who leads you and guides you, dprotects you, provides for you, gives you advice, wisdom and knowledge. He will lead you through the valley and to mountain tops. He will not forsake you nor turn away from you. When you are weak, He will breathe LIFE upon you and enable you to keep going. When your heart is broken into a million pieces, and you feel like you can't walk or carry on….. He will carry you!
There is an invitation from the Holy Spirit today…..WILL YOU WALK WITH HIM?
Janet talks about what it takes to build a life of FAITH
Our FAITH forms a "belief system" and everything flows out of our belief system.
Do you know the difference between Faith and Belief?
Faith is being convinced and persuaded about something that's birthed by the Holy Spirit into YOUR spirit!
Believe is being convinced and persuaded within one's self about something.
To have faith is to be persuaded by the Holy Spirit.
To believe is to be persuaded by your own will (according the original Greek translation).
In life, your belief system responds to the Victorious Faith that's been poured in your spirit by the Holy Spirit and therefore your spirit is at work convincing your soul that God is able to do the impossible
The spirit is willing but the flesh is weak! How many can testify to that??
Your spirit is easy to receive revelation and truth, but your soul wants to try to rationalize it, make sense of it, and weigh out the possibilities. So, your spirit is trying to convince your soul not to look at your circumstances but look at your GOD!
I pray you are encouraged and your faith is stirred up to trust God, believe God and have faith in God, the God will do what He said, He would do, that God is WHO HE says HE is, that we are who HE says we are, that we can do what HE says we can do, that we can have what HE says we can have!
Janet shares a word about taking every thought into captivity
You guys!!… this week's podcast has me wrecked!! I could feel the Holy Spirit settle on my heart with this strong word. It's a powerful Word about how God wants to transform your life by starting with your thoughts!! You need to listen to the very end!!!
Colossians 3:1-4
Since, then, you have been raised with Christ, set your hearts on things above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God. Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things. Your old life is dead. Your new life, which is your real life—even though invisible to spectators—is with Christ in God. He is your life. When Christ (your real life, remember) shows up again on this earth, you'll show up, too—the real you, the glorious you.
Janet shares a word on what it means to be transformed into the image of Christ.
2 Corinthians 3:18 But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as from the Lord, the Spirit.
Have you ever wondered what an "unveiled face" meant in this scripture, or "beholding as in a mirror the glory of God"?
Will you dive in with me and let's learn how to be transformed into HIS image in this week's podcast!
The "unveiled face" refers to being open and receptive to the presence and revelation of God, and the "mirror" symbolizes the Word of God reflecting His glory to us. As we continue to seek and encounter God, we are progressively transformed to become more like Him.
Transformed in Greek: metamorphóō (from 3326/metá, "change after being with"
As I woke up this morning, I felt a WORD burning deep within my heart. I felt the Holy Spirit draw me into prayer, devotion and study. As I sat down I felt this drop into my spirit and I thought to myself, WOW…."this sums up the Gospel of Jesus Christ!"
Here it is:
Matthew 8:1-3, 14,15 New English Translation
Ephesians 1:17-19 The Message
Isaiah 30:21New King James Version
Your ears shall hear a word behind you, saying, "This is the way, walk in it,"
Matthew 8:8
…..just say the word and my servant will be healed!
Isaiah 52:7-10 The Message
7-10 How beautiful on the mountains are the feet of the messenger bringing good news,
I felt the Holy Spirit speak to me through these words and I thought to myself, "this sums up the Gospel of Jesus Christ!"
Julie shares her story of transformation of how the Lord healed her of cancer. She shares how looking beyond the physical report to believe and receive the report of the Lord changed her life.
Have you ever been "stripped" before? Have you ever been through a storm that seemed to knock you off your feet? Well, you are about to hear a powerful story from a lady who was stripped in so many ways, but when diagnosed with breast cancer, her world was turned upside down.
"He stripped me of everything particularly financially so that I had to learn how to depend on the Lord for everything," says Julie.
You guys are going to be so inspired by this story of faith!!!
Who's report will you believe?
Julie believed the report of the Lord in the darkest times of her life. In result of all that, the Lord has anointed her and given her tremendous authority in the healing ministry, the Lord's Miracles Ministries along with gifts of healing and miracles. She is the director of Project Outreach. This group has been serving the community of Naples for 15 years. Also, to specifically minister to cancer patients.
Julie said, "Jehovah Rapha is a healer! I rely completely on Him for all health issues and everything in my life. I've seen Him do miracles in me and so many others.
The name of my book is called The Report. It is available in English and Spanish and is available on Amazon.
I have learned from the trials in my life to surrender all to the Lord and to trust Him completely. His word is truth / fact. And He will do what He says it's up to us to believe and have faith."
I am 70 years old. My advice to the youth is so simple. Come to Him like a little child. Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding!
I would be honored to pray over your listeners.
Ashley tells her story of how God redeemed her while being held in a jail cell, protected from the guy who kidnapped her, raped her over and over, got her pregnant, and who trafficked her.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Scripture: Romans 12:2
Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.
Today you will hear a heart touching story of how God revealed his love to a teenage girl who was broken beyond repair from severe sexual abuse. But the love of God changed her life and Ashley tells all of how God transformed her life into the image of a victor!
Ashely wrote a book that was released in May, 2023
"Always the Victor, NEVER the Victim" - By Ashley Skelton
Ashley grew up not feeling loved, She had 13 brothers, and she was the only girl and oldest child. She tells all….holding nothing back of the trap that Satan set up for her that led to a revolving door of men and women in their lives
Ashley, along with her siblings was physically, verbally, mentally, and sexually abused by her father.
He beat them with a belt with studs on them. Such a violent father.
She lost her virginity to her biological father at 13 years old.
This abuse continued over 2 years. He treated her like a prostitute.
He started sex trafficking her at 14. Sex trafficker to predator that eventually kidnapped her and took her across 19 states for 6 weeks and abused her.
She was an endangered run away and the FBI got involved.
You've got to hear the details of her story. You will be so moved.
Janet shares a word from Philippians 3 on what it means to press toward the goal!
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Have you ever set a goal as important as this?
The most significant goal of your entire life is right in front of you.
I cannot stress enough how strongly I felt about this message while reading this scripture and recording this podcast. It was as if a fire ignited in my heart for all of you. This is a word straight from heaven, dropped into my heart.
Don't get caught up in the minor details, but focus on the ultimate vision you have for your life.
Hold on a second... do you even have a vision for your life? Are the details hindering you?
You need to hear the incredible insight the Holy Spirit gave me. It is an incredibly profound concept, yet simple enough that even a first grader could understand it.
Let's dive into Philippians 3 together and discover THE GOAL OF LIFE and HOW to keep pressing!
Janet does a study of Psalm 24 and prays a prayer of healing over her listeners.
You guys…the reason I am sharing this with you is because, the warfare is intense and it's getting stronger. The closer we get to the coming of Jesus, you will notice the warfare will get stronger. But…Here's the key…you don't have to live in the warfare. There has been a fight for your faith, your destiny, your healing and your promises….and I believe this is the year to soar above the battle, the fight, instead of engaging with the enemy….LET'S ENGAGE WITH HEAVEN!!
If you have a chance, open your bible and read with me in Psalm 24!
As you are listening to this weeks podcast, take some quiet time to sit down and ready and answer these questions. I want to hear from you!
What and who dwell in the world?
What does founded and established mean?
Who will ascend into the hill of the Lord?
What is God's name in this text?
Who did He say could go up to the hill?
Why can we go up to the hill now?
What does 2 Cor. 5:17-21 say?
What did the Bible say you would receive to those who go up?
What does Hebrews 4:16 mean to you?
I wrote a devotional book called a Throne Room View, talking bout seeing things from ABOVE in the Throne Room of Heaven and not just seeing, but LIVING your life from that place. The Bible says in the book of Ephesians 4:2-9 that we have been seated with HIM, Christ Jesus in Heavenly Places. You and I have a seat with HIM, IN HIM, ON HIM all around HIM.
What happens when we dwell in this place above:
