Janet talks about the difference between the Joy of the Lord and Foreboding Joy.

Hey you guys! This week I am being super transparent with you! You are going to hear some very personal things of my journey with God and how I dealt with the "valleys" and the "mountains"!

Have you ever heard of the phrase FOREBODING JOY? I wanted to know the exact meaning of "forebode" so that I could better understand this phrase of foreboding joy. Here is what good old Merriam-Webster says forebode means: "to have an inward prediction of, foretell or predict."

Interesting right?

Foreboding joy is is a feeling, a prediction, an assumption that while you are happy, full of joy, rejoicing, "on the mountain top" that something bad is about to happen! Have you ever had that feeling?

If you have experienced abuse, betrayal, or trauma, I am sure you have had to deal with foreboding JOY!

Let me know your thoughts! Because, friends…..I get super REAL with you!!

Here's the truth……foreboding joy will mess with your discernment! If you give in to the temptation of foreboding joy, (the feeling that something bad is going to happen) then it will be difficult to know when the Holy Spirit is warning you about something, or if HE simply wants to BLESS YOU!

"Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect."

8. James 1:5 – Ask God For Wisdom, He Gives Freely To Those Who Ask Him

If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who gives generously to all without reproach, and it will be given him.

9. Proverbs 3:21-24 – Preserve Sound Judgement & Discretion

"My son, do not let wisdom and understanding out of your sight, preserve sound judgment and discretion; they will be life for you, an ornament to grace your neck. Then you will go on your way in safety, and your foot will not stumble. When you lie down, you will not be afraid; when you lie down, your sleep will be sweet."

10. Hebrews 5:14 – Through God's Word We Can Grow In Discernment

But solid food is for the mature, for those who have their powers of discernment trained by constant practice to distinguish good from evil.

God is speaking directly to our hearts to never give up and to HOPE again. You have to listen to the very end, because a wave of the Holy Spirit came upon me as I was speaking and HE spoke to my heart about you!!!

Today, I want you to know, that Jesus laid his life down for you, and he had YOU in mind when he did it. He laid it down and died so that you could have freedom, HOPE, peace, comfort, healing, salvation, deliverance, and eternal life. And what God has planned for you life shall come to pass in His perfect timing! Tho it tarries, wait for it, for it shall come to pass!

Jeremiah 29:11 The Message

…….I'll show up and take care of you as I promised and bring you back home. I know what I'm doing. I have it all planned out—plans to take care of you, not abandon you, plans to give you the future you hope for.

Let's put it in the words of TODAY….with this pandemic and the after effects of it…..

God is saying, "look, I know what I am doing, I am allowing you to go through all of this, but there is an expiration date for this trial and revival and healing is coming your way! I will show up and take care of you and DO WHAT I PROMISED!"

So……God wants you to HOPE AGAIN!!

There are just three things I want to share in the podcast!

1. GET YOUR MIND BACK IN THE GAME….. gather all at the thoughts and warfare in the mind, and start HOPING AGAIN! YOU HAVE A FUTURE IN JESUS!

2. OPEN YOUR EYES AND SEE JESUS AT WORK AND LOOK FOR THE GIFT OF HOPE ……..It is important how you SEE things in order to have HOPE!

GOD IS READY TO PERFORM HIS WORD…IN HIS TIMING….BUT YOU NEED TO SEE HIM!

3. HOLD FAST TO THE PROMISE, DON'T EVER LOSE HOPE! DON'T EVER GIVE UP! GOD IS FAITHFUL TO PERFORM it!

(God will give you the strength to endure!)

1 Thessalonians 5:24, BSB The One who calls you is faithful, and He will do it!

I want to tell you that Jesus has the gift of HOPE and right now HE is giving it to YOU! This message is for YOU!! Specifically! This is a prophetic word from the Throne Room of God. He is speaking HIs words over you!

Your disappointments will lead to "Divine God Appointments" so you must hang on to Jesus in adversity and actively expect His best.

God wants to BUILD your life. He wants to give you a HOPE, and expectation that something Good is in your future.

Janet gives the definitions in Hebrew and Greek for Worry and it's purpose then offers you a solution by giving your PEACE

Do you want to know HOW to STOP worrying? For real…I want to talk to you about the thing we carry around that needs to GO!! Worry is KILLING YOU! And it's time for it to GO!

Worry is a habit! Worry comes from lack of trust, from not casting all your cares on the Lord, by not giving God all your dead weight!

Worry comes from negative thoughts! Those negatives thoughts draws a picture of the worst case scenario! Then the door to fear is opened. When fear has gripped you, it causes anxiety!

This is where the spiritual warfare comes in. The Bible says that fear is a spirit and it involves torment!

Worry, fear, and anxiety will make you fall apart on the inside! Mental breakdown

When your life is going any many directions there is a sign of worrying about your life!

The Cure for Worry is PRAYER AND PRAYER ushers in PEACE.

While worry means to be divided into pieces…

To have peace is to be "undivided" in one WHOLE PIECE…PEACE!

Peace is an inter-connectedness …..in other words…Jesus is the GLUE holding you together!

So…Jesus is saying to us today….TRUST ME and Don't WORRY about your life ….don't let your thoughts, and your life be divided by going into two different directions but stay on course, have faith in God.

Jesus is saying Trust me and don't worry about your life and…

Peace in Greek: eirēnē to join, tie together into a whole"... wholeness, with all essential parts joined together; peace (God's gift of wholeness) Spirit, Soul and Body!

Peace = healthy living, healthy thinking, and healthy relationships!

Don't let nasty habits, stinking thinking, and toxic people nor the plot and schemes of the devil disconnect you from the precious gift that Jesus has left you! PEACE

Janet shares a word of encouragement! There is a HOPE for your future! GOD has GOOD things He wants to give you! He has an inheritance for you. The best is yet to come.

I want to share with you scripture that has been on my heart and a word I feel like God put in my spirit. I don't know, but I feel maybe someone needs to hear God speak over your life. I want to read in Amos 9:11-15 and pay close attention to these words:

RESTORE, RAISE-UP, REPAIR, REBUILD

Amos 9:11-15 Living Bible

11 "Then, at that time I will rebuild the City of David, which is now lying in ruins, and return it to its former glory,

14 I will restore the fortunes of my people Israel, and they will rebuild their ruined cities and live in them again; they will plant vineyards and gardens; they will eat their crops and drink their wine.

15 I will firmly plant them there upon the land that I have given them; they shall not be pulled up again," says the Lord your God

You've got to hear all the Lord has put in my heart for you!

Somebody needs to hear this:

Don't let the season of pain and loss determine WHERE God is taking you and WHAT He is doing IN YOU! Listen, Jesus will take every ounce of your pain…….. He will plant it……and it will reproduce JOY. There is a harvest of joy coming your way!"

The Lord is your Helper! The Word says in Psalm 121

I will lift up my eyes to the mountains. Where will my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, Who made heaven and earth. He will not let your feet go out from under you. He Who watches over you will not sleep. Listen, He Who watches over Israel will not close his eyes or sleep. The Lord watches over you. The Lord is your safe cover at your right hand. The sun will not hurt you during the day and the moon will not hurt you during the night. The Lord will keep you from all that is sinful. He will watch over your soul. The Lord will watch over your coming and going, now and forever.

Some of you are wondering why certain doors have shut in your life. It's because, the Lord is watching over you. You are asking God why certain things have happened or why certain things have not happened. Now, I'm not gonna lie….I've been there…..recently….asking God, "what is going on". It seems like when it rains….well…..it pours!!! But you know what? The Word says that God is watching over every detail of our lives. We need to trust HIM. And….take advantage of the HELP he's giving us.

Remember!

You are the apple of His eye. You are precious to the Lord! His eyes have been on you and He has seen Your pain. There is a time coming and it is now that, and I am restoring and I will RESTORE all the devil has stolen. I have raised up people in the past and I am raising you up now…. I will RAISE YOU UP to bless you and you will be a blessing! I have repaired in the past, I am repairing now……I will REPAIR all that has been damaged! I have rebuilt in the past, I am rebuilding you now……and I will REBUILD all that has been devastated! Why? Because I love you!

Now is the time to RISE UP to BE A BLESSING to everyone you meet! You will plant seeds of HOPE and while you are "being a blessing" to someone, I am preparing a "blessing" for you!

A strong word of encouragement for those who have been suffering!

Hope is not something you pull out of the sky! It is PRODUCED! When we suffer, it is actually producing something in our lives. God is at work in the middle of our sufferings!

Janet gives a word of encourage to all those who are in ministry. She saw prophetic Vision in prayer of what is happening to the body of Christ under varies trials.

The other day while I was in prayer, I saw a vision. I saw ministers, pastors, prophets, evangelists, shepherds, teachers and all those who have the testimony of Jesus. I saw them standing in the middle of a river surrounded by Alligators. There was no escape. There was a circular current that was swirling around them. Some were standing against the current and there were others who were fighting the current and fell underneath the swoop.

I was there among them. I was standing, but barely. I had no ability to help anyone. It was awful to see and to watch as the Alligators surrounded us all. I felt helpless and prayed for mercy. I cried out for MERCY. It was mercy that kept us all on our feet for the current had the ability to take us under.

Then I looked behind me as I knew God would not leave us to be devoured by the Alligators. I saw an army of angels with weapons of mercy making their way to fight for us. The shout from the army was to STAND UP! STAND!!!! Watch the Lord fight and His angel armies would defeat the Alligators.

You guys, I just want to give you a word of encouragement that I feel is from the Throne Room of God. Listen to this podcast and prayer and be encouraged in Jesus Name! Amen
