Charlynne was 16 when she was abducted while on her way to church. In broad daylight she was abducted by a serial rapist and murdered.
Phil. 4:6-7 Be anxious for nothing, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
Charlynne ended last week's podcast with the powerful reminder of the peace of God who is a PERSON…NOT A FEELING! His Name is a strong tower, a place where you can run to and be safe. He is your peace, your safe place, a shelter and a place of rescue!
Listen to the rest of Charlynne's story of how God took her from being kidnapped straight to the White House sitting with Ronald Reagan. Literally, I was amazed by her God Stories and you will be amazed too!

Proverbs 18:10
The name of the Lord is a strong tower; The righteous run to it and are safe.
Charlynne tells the True Story of how Charlynne was kidnapped in broad daylight by a serial rapist and murderer at the bus stop who then forced her in his car with a knife held to her gut. She escaped by a miracle of God as Charlynne just started speaking the name of Jesus.
You've got to hear this powerful story of all the things God as done for her. But the anointing came with a price. Not only was she kidnapped once, but twice. Once at 16, then another time at 19 years old. She remembered her mom teaching her the scripture from Proverbs 18:10 The name of the Lord is a strong tower; The righteous run to it and are safe.
And believe it or not…that is how she escaped!!! I was so amazed by Charlynne's story. I could NOT stop listening to her story. For this I have split her story into two episodes. Stay tuned for part two of her incredible story!

Alison Lusted gives us important keys on knowing and understanding what Trauma is, and how we can be healed from it
Revelation 12:10-12, 17
10 Then I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, "Now salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of His Christ have come, for the accuser of our brethren, who accused them before our God day and night, has been cast down.
11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death.
12 Therefore rejoice, O heavens, and you who dwell in them! Woe to the inhabitants of the earth and the sea! For the devil has come down to you, having great wrath, because he knows that he has a short time."
17 And the dragon was enraged with the woman, and he went to make war with the rest of her offspring, who keep the commandments of God and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.
Today podcast is going to bless you. I could NOT stop crying all the way through this episode. Alison and I had a time of prayer before it began and we could feel God's mighty presence. The Lord showed me that HE wants to heal the "Body of Christ" from TRAUMA!

Janet talks about the power of Zamar worship and what happens when we go there.
This is why some people feel demons leave them when people sing or play an instrument.
ZAMAR: To worship the Lord while playing an instrument
Psalm 98:4
Shout with joy to the Lord, all the earth; break into song; sing praise.
The Hebrew Understanding of "Zamar"
It is the idea of making music by plucking at strings with fingers and singing praises unto God. The Hebrew Zamar praise is harmonious and collective. It utilizes music to express our worship, creating an atmosphere where God is invited to move powerfully
Psalm 71:22 New American Standard Bible
22 I will also praise (yād̠â) You with a harp, And Your truth (emet…amen) , my God; I will sing praises to You with the lyre, Holy One of Israel.
YADAH: To throw your hands up and forward while making a confession about God while being grateful and bringing recognition to HIM which includes thanksgiving,
Truth: ĕmet̠
Emunah is the Hebrew word for FAITH.
The root word from Emunah is "Emun" which speaks of that which is sure, solid and true. When you add the "ah" to it it become Emunah. Faith is linked to truth. That's where we get our word "amen" from….Emun….
Faith is linked to that which is rock solid, the Truth!
Here are some suggestions on how to use those times to worship God:
Offering. If you are one of the instrumentalists, then use the interlude as your personal offering of praise to God. This is not a time to show off but rather a time to offer to God a gift of praise through your instrument – a time to zamar God. Play with excellence, but play it to God, not to the people.
Meditate. If you are not playing a musical instrument then don't zone out during the instrumental times of praise. Use those times to meditate on God. Allow the music to draw you closer to God.
New Song. Allow your own song to soar up to God on the wings of the music. Consider freely singing your own praise to God. Allow the Spirit of God to touch your heart and voice, and sing out the praise that is in your heart using whatever notes come to you.
Janet talks about what Barak praise is and how it has the power to heal you.
The Word of God is so powerful. And the revelation that it gives you is healing to the soul.
Healing will come in layers in your life, however, when we praise God with a Barak praise, it has the powerful to usher in healing, deliverance, freedom, favor, grace, prosperity and peace. You've got to hear this week's podcast and hear the heart of God over you!
Here are the scripture references I used!
Psalms 145:1-4
1 I Will extol Thee, my God, O King; And I will bless (bārak) Thy name forever and ever.
2 Every day I will bless (bārak) Thee, And I will praise (hālal) Thy name forever and ever.
3 Great is the Lord, and highly to be praised (hālal) ; And His greatness is unsearchable.
4 One generation shall praise (shāb̠aḥ) Thy works to another, And shall declare (nāgad̠) Thy mighty acts.
Numbers 6:24-26 New King James Version
24 "The Lord bless (bārak) you and keep you;
25 The Lord make His face shine upon you, And be gracious (favor, grace and mercy) to you;
26 The Lord lift up His countenance upon you, (May he turn his face toward you-)……And give you peace." '
Peace is associated with health (soundness) – reflecting when all parts are integrated and working as a whole, like making the believer undivided.

This week's podcast will focus on the answer of how God wants to bring you out of a dark season and restore everything the enemy has stolen by using PRAISE! But not just any kind of praise!
Have you ever had a trial that seemed to come in three's? Have you ever had a back to back trial that did not give you time to catch your breath from the first one? Do you feel like you're in a wilderness and you keep going around that same mountain over and over? Well, if you said YES….then I have the answer for you!
The answer is……PRAISE!
Isaiah prophesied and Jesus quoted it! Jesus is the ONE bringing the freedom and to proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord!
Right now, in this moment Jesus is saying, "I will give you beauty for ashes, I will give you hope for hopelessness, I will give you joy for sadness, I will give you a garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness and depression!
The one thing the enemy is after is your praise!!! You may ask, "how can I praise when my heart is broken into a million pieces or when it feels like my life is falling apart, or when you have experienced sickness that left you empty?"
I get it! I've been there! That's why I want to share this WORD with you!
Did you know there are seven Hebrew words for praise? I want to talk to you about TWO of the words out of the seven!
ISAIAH 61 3 To console those who mourn in Zion, To give them beauty for ashes, The oil of joy for mourning, The garment of praise (Tehillah) for the spirit of heaviness;
This kind of Tehillah praise has really been speaking to me in this season of my life. And I have learned that this kind of praise will lead to the kind of praise in Joel 2: 26 which is a Hallelujah praise Halal…."And you shall have plenty to eat and be satisfied, And praise (Halal) the name of the Lord your God, Who has dealt wondrously with you;
Put on the garment of spontaneous, musical prayers, unrehearsed song of the Lord from your spirit.
When you praise and worship Jesus with spontaneous, unrehearsed words that have a melody to it, it has the power to lift depression!
Turn your prayers into songs and melodies of worship to the Lord, spontaneously! The spirit of heaviness cannot take it! Heaviness will shake and crumble and it will be cast out by worship! I have seen it! Take a listen to this week's podcast. You will be so inspired by the word of God.
Here is part two of Jimmi's story and his journey of healing. He wrote a book called, "HEAL". Isn't this something we alL want? We want to be healed!
Quote from Jimmi, "From age 8 to age 45 my body and mind literally sup- pressed all of my memories and emotions. At age 45, extremely painful episodes began to occur, but I did not know what they were and why. Thousands of them over the course of 14 years. In the 15th year, the first memories emerged, and for about nine months, hundreds of them resurfaced. Extremely awful, super painful, near-death experiences. I selected 22 of these episodes for the book. I lived through the horror of torture and all the emotions that come with it twice…..Twice meaning that as an adult, I did not just re-live the memories, but all of the fear, terrible emotions, negative hormones (adrenaline, cortisol), physical pain, etc. that resurfaced. They came completely unannounced, and in my 15th year of this, I had no idea when it was going to end."
Listen to this weeks podcast prayerfully, for Jimmi has not turned to his faith as his resource for healing, but I am hopefully that the Holy Spirit will reveal to Him how much God loves him and wants to give him peace and that God is not the Author of his torture and pain, but He is the Author of his healing!

Jimmi Toro is an American contemporary artist, author, composer, multi-instrumentalist, music producer, and a founder of the Rescue11, a non-profit whose mission is to protect our children from awful child abusers.
He is a survivor of childhood abuse, and torture by his father. He and his sister were the only ones abused out of his siblings. They were taken to Satanic rituals where they performed tortuous acts on children and sometimes adults, and offered blood to Satan.
I've never heard of such things and was shocked to hear that people actually got a way with murder! However, 40-50 years ago, abuse was swept under the rug and no one had a voice. However, Jimmi survived to tell his story and now he is doing much good all over the United States by Rescue 11.
