Is bigger really better? Paul Jarvis is a writer and designer who’s had his own company of one for the last two decades.

His latest book, Company of One, explores why bigger isn’t always better in business, and why we should question growth for the sake of growth. He’s worked with professional athletes like Steve Nash and Shaquille O’Neal, corporate giants like Microsoft and Mercedes-Benz, and entrepreneurs with online empires like Danielle LaPorte and Marie Forleo.

A trek along Asia’s ‘hippie trail’ in 1972 led Tony and his wife Maureen Wheeler, to create travel publisher Lonely Planet. This was an absolute game-changer for the backpackers and adventure seekers across the globe featuring off the beaten track destinations and hard-to-find experiences.  

Tony keeps himself busy these days with his work for the Planet Wheeler Foundation’s, assisting on more than fifty projects in the developing world. As well as, The Wheeler Centre for Books, Writing & Ideas in Melbourne. He’s one inspiring person who truly believes in One Wild Ride’s motto - good business with positive impact and epic adventures.

Dr Elise Bialylew is a mindfulness meditation expert, doctor trained in psychiatry, social entrepreneur and published author who’s on a mission to improve the wellbeing of our society and our planet.

She is the Founder of Mindful in May, the world’s largest annual, online mindfulness fundraising campaign. She has also published a book called, The Happiness Plan. We sat down (via our iso-at-home recording set up) to chat through mental resilience in a time which is no doubt testing most of us.

Nina Karnikowski is a travel writer who focuses on wild, transformative adventures off the beaten trail.

Her trips have taken her journeying through Mongolia, Antarctica, the Namibian desert, plus another 60 or so other countries. Nina talks about how she calved out this dream job. As well as, her recent book - Make a Living Living. It’s part storytelling and part practical advice on how to craft your ideal existence.
