Paige Tamarkin was born and raised in Chicago, IL where she started her dance training when she was 3 years old. She grew up training in all styles of dance, including: jazz, tap, ballet, hip hop, and contemporary, as well as acting and singing. After moving to Gilbert, Arizona in 2005, Paige continued her performance training as a competitive dancer. She began her professional performing career in 2009, when she auditioned and was cast in two off-broadway productions, High School Musical and Joseph & the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. Soon after, she attended the University of Arizona, where she continued her studies in dance, theatre, and voice. Paige is a three year graduate from the College of Fine Arts at the U of A, one of the foremost dance and acting university programs in the United States. During her time at the U of A, she was given the opportunity to write & perform in her own show. She also stage managed at local theaters, and learned everything, from managing to directing, building, writing, and marketing. Miss Tamarkin has trained numerous dancers whom are scholarship recipients for top dance programs, BFA dance majors at highly esteemed universities, have performing contracts, and are working professionally in Los Angeles and Las Vegas. Paige started her dance program for individuals with special needs, ALL HANDS IN, in 2018, and it is one of the most rewarding programs she has ever added to her studio. She takes the utmost pride in providing her students with an inspirational, happy, knowledgable, and fun home to dance.
