She says “One message at just the right moment can change someone’s entire day, outlook, or life!”  Six years after creating this world wide movement, it has now reached 90 countries. Tyler Symmes runs Reagan’s Renegades, Arizona’s top fundraising team for JDRF. The team puts on several events throughout the year to raise money for Type 1 Diabetes research. Tyler is also a JDRF T1D Connections mentor, where she acts as a resource and advocate for newly diagnosed families.

8yr old Gabriella Durso; the 2020 Royal International Miss Role Model Princess started the Good Night Sleep Tight PJ donation program in 2019.  She's helping to make hospitalized children feel calm and relaxed, even when they are not at home in their own bed.  She coordinates and donates PJ's to hospitals and care facilities around the country to give children a little comfort because "who doesn't like to snuggle up in pajama's with a blanket and a good book?"
