محمد بغدادي هو الرئيس الجديد لنقابة المحامين في الجزائر العاصمة ، وهي أكبر نقابة للمحامين في الجزائر. رياض خليل حسنين تحدث معه عن مستقبل مهنة المحاماة وأهدافه كرئيس للمنظمة خلال فترة رئاسته.

تلعب نقابة المحامين في الجزائر دورًا مهما وتحتل مكانة خاصة باعتبارها أكبر نقابة للمحامين في الجزائر.

النقيب بغدادي محمد يحل محل النقيب السابق لمنظمة محامي الجزائر عبد المجيد سليني و الذي قضى فترة طويلة على رأس المنظمة، وقدم الكثير لمدة سنوات عديدة.

Hervé Chemouli – depuis plus de 30 ans, Hervé accompagne et conseille des PME notamment dans le secteur de l’industrie et des managers implantés en France et à l’étranger dans toutes leurs problématiques liées au droit des sociétés, aux négociations de contrats et opérations internationales. Hervé intervient également auprès de sociétés en difficulté et de candidats à la reprise d’entreprises. Fort de ses fonctions ordinales, Hervé conseille également de nombreux professionnels libéraux. En effet, au cours de sa carrière Hervé s’est engagé au sein de sa profession et a été Président du syndicat des Avocats Conseils d’Entreprises à Paris, élu membre du Conseil de l’Ordre des Avocats et membre du Conseil National des Barreaux. Il prendra la présidence de l’Union Internationale des Avocats (UIA) en 2021. Hervé nous parle de l'avenir de la profession d'avocat et des enjeux pour l'UIA dans les années à venir.

Die Arbeit der Bundesrechtsanwaltskammer (BRAK) im Bereich Israel ist geprägt von der besonderen Beziehung beider Länder zueinander. Diese ist eine einzigartige Beziehung mit immerwährender Verantwortung für die Vergangenheit, mit gemeinsamen Werten, sowie gegenseitigem Vertrauen und mit großer Solidarität füreinander. Die Aktivitäten der BRAK im Bereich Israel sind damit sehr vielseitig. Rechtsanwältin Swetlana Schaworonkowa, zuständige Referentin für den Bereich Israel bei der BRAK, spricht mit dem israelischen Liaison Officer und Brückenbauer für die deutsche und israelische Anwaltschaft, Rechtsanwalt und Notar aus Tel Aviv, Michael Kempinski, über seine bewegende Familiengeschichte und die gemeinsamen Projekte der BRAK und der Israel Bar Association.

Seit dem Ende des Bosnienkrieges 1995 arbeitet die internationale Gemeinschaft daran, im Land ein modernes Rechtssystem und eine Demokratie aufzubauen. Rechtskonzepte aus Europa und aus den USA fließen in das neue bosnische Recht mit ein – nicht immer ohne dogmatische Kollisionnen. Die Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung ist mit einem großen Rechtsstaatsprogramm für Südosteuropa auf dem Balkan präsent.

Dr. Veronika Horrer (Geschäftsführerin der BRAK) spricht mit Dr. Mahir Muharemovič von der KAS über die Rechtskultur, über den Zustand der Justiz und über die Anwaltschaft in BIH, aber auch über den Sinn und Unsinn des Rechtstransfers und über den Beitrag der KAS zum Aufbau der Rechtsstaatlichkeit auf dem Balkan.

After the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991, the countries that were behind the Iron Curtain were facing one of the biggest challenges in their history: a transformation from communist party dictatorship to modern democracy and from planned to market economy. Western countries and international organisations rendered massive financial and technical support and still do so today. Reforms of the legal systems were one of the most important pillars of this transformation. Today, some of these countries have made more progress than the others and they actively support each other and exchange their knowledge.

Dr. Veronika Horrer (director at BRAK) speaks to Mr. Goran Klemenčič, Minister of Justice of Slovenia (2014-2018), international rule of law expert for the United Nations, the Council of Europe, the OECD and the World Bank, about the transformation in Slovenia and Ukraine in 1990ies, about the value of international „lawyer-to-lawyer“ cooperation between Bars and about the support of justice reforms in Uzbekistan by the Slovenian NGO „Regional Dialog“.

Страна взяла курс в сторону демократии, правового государства и рыночной экономики. Одна из них – или, быть может, даже самая основная – направлена на масштабные преобразования системы правосудия. Сфера юстиции, которая должна стать честной, доступной и неподкупной. Профессия узбекского адвоката также сейчас реформируется: структуры саморегулирования и профессиональные права адвокатов подлежат модернизации.

After more than two decades of economic and political isolation under the former autocratic president Karimov, Uzbekistan has been implementing one reform after the other since 2016. The country has set the course for democracy, rule of law and market economy. There are also, or maybe even primarily, massive efforts to reform the justice system, to make it fair, corruption free and accessible for everyone. The legal profession in Uzbekistan is also under majour reform right now: Modern structures of the self-regulation are to be established, the professional laws are to be revised.
