A year ago was the hardest day of my life. I checked myself into a mental health hospital because I didn’t want to live anymore. Thank God I got the help I needed. I can’t believe that’s where I was mentally. Please don’t be scared to ask for help. Posting this for anyone that needs a sign. You got this!
