This week in sunny Central City, our hosts Emily and Andrew join in the city's annual Day of the Dead celebration, which provides so much conversation fodder since it's barely in the episode. Instead, they get to talk about cyberpunk supervillains, age appropriate love interests, the best possible mugging for the camera, and much more!

Emily and Andrew tag along when an Ocean's 11-esque crew hits Central City to relieve the museum of its latest exquisite exhibition. Little do these thieves know the Flash has taken an interest (Emily and Andrew, of course, know because they're watching the show). Tune in to hear our intrepid hosts discuss the continued "complementary" sexism, the shocking lack of inappropriate unprofessional canoodling, the pre-Clinton era militarization copaganda, and so much more!

Episode guest stars Dick Miller and Helen Martin make their ONESIES first apperances, and our intrepid hosts, Emily and Andrew, find out they each have been making the exact same assumptions about the opposite guest stars. Very confusing. Our hosts also get to discuss women supporting each other (or not) tropes, special effects, acting choices (or the lack thereof), and much more!

Intrepid hosts Emily and Andrew head back to late 20th century mainstream (as presented on primetime television) social mores regarding unhoused people and discover... things haven't gotten much better. They also get to discuss (single) women as men's property, practical special effects, power sets, and much more!

Emily and Andrew head off to Central City to catch up with THE FLASH, with Emily not realizing how long a 94 minute pilot movie with a bunch of superpowered fisticuffs in the third act goes on. And on. And on. Listen as our hosts discuss... aged (or not aged) actors, inappropriately aged girlfriends, the post-9PM broadcast "intimacy" scenes, special effects, and much more! Much of the discussion, is, however, from Andrew. Because Emily got bored talking about the show she got bored watching.

Emily and Andrew reach the end of MAXIMUM BOB, which goes back to the pilot continuity where Beau Bridges is a sexual predator. After a whole season trying to get away from it. Presumably the shows creatives wanted to make sure our intrepid hosts wouldn't be getting out of the series without some additional chatter. Tune in and hear what's coming up next season on ONESIES, too! NOT ABC THIS TIME! NO ABC!

With one episode of MAXIMUM BOB to go, Andrew accuses Emily of only selecting the show because she--like all the female characters on the show this episode attest--think it's hot when gross men wax on about taking away their rights. Sadly, Emily doesn't take the accusation seriously (and Andrew forgets to compare those characterizations to the film of Early 1940s Germany, which also had those vibes for the ladies). Instead, they talk about bad teasers, unseen teasers, sad character turns, and so much more!

Another week, another episode where Emily and Andrew determine this MAXIMUM BOB is technically the best one of the series. Even as character relationships change to fit the situation and there's a lot of "yikes," they don't hurt the dog and there's at least some positive character development for the guest stars. Join our intrepid hosts for their continued unenthuastic but technically still enthuastic discussion!

As they pass the halfway point in MAXIMUM BOB, one might think our intrepid hosts, Emily and Andrew, would be prepared for this episode. Certainly there can only be so far BOB can take it, only so many barrel bottoms for it to scrap. However, this episode (of BOB) may technically be the best yet! Tune in and hear why!

Thanks to some creative changes, Emily and Andrew get to enjoy a "better" episode of MAXIMUM BOB, with guest stars (on BOB not ONESIES) Miguel Sandoval and Lee Garlington bringing some much needed better acting to the program. But there's still lots to talk about as the show tries to retcon out the grossier elements from... two episodes (and one episode) ago.
