Only The Word

12/8/21 - Naboth is stoned to death at the hands of the wicked, and Ahab arises to take possession of the vineyard. It appeared that sin has overcome good, and wickedness overcome justice. God was aware, and the sin of Ahab and Jezebel would find them out.

During times of great darkness, deception, and wickedness God called and equipped two great prophets to service. By the power of God they wrought great miracles, including the first resurrections found in the Bible. They challenged the prophets of Baal, and boldly withstood the wicked kings and leaders of Israel. We pray the Lord will strengthen and encourage our hearts through the study of their lives.
