Denawa Deniece is a full spectrum doula and holistic guide specializing in herbalism, placenta encapsulation, pre/postnatal yoga, holistic postpartum care and is the owner of Qcity Doula and Double Dose Wellness located in Charlotte NC.  She services the greater Mecklenburg area and Wake County and is passionate about helping women along their reproductive and wellness journeys.  Throughout her career she has supported dozens of women in various capacities by providing them with education and support, while empowering them to trust their innate strengths as women. Her biggest advice to new parents is to be open to the process of unlearning + relearning as you evolve into parenting.  Values, traditions and what you know to be true can and will change during motherhood and that is ok.  Surrounding yourself with community is key because although no parenting situation is cookie cutter, having a support system of community is a great way to not feel alone.

Lindsay Davis:

Lindsay is a mom of three kids, married for 10 years and is the CEO to one of the Inc 5000 Fastest Growing Companies in the country for 8 consecutive years. Her work schedule does not allot a ton of free time and any squeezed in is spent at some type of extra circulator activity with her children. Getting personal space and time: not a thing.  So, she winds down with various wine favorites (prefers a boxed wine) and obsesses over the latest Marvel cinematic adventure. 

Katie Anastassakis (ana/sta/sakis):

Katie was born and raised in Ontario Canada, and moved to Birmingham, Alabama with her husband in 2010. She is a mother of two: 10 year old daughter and an 8 year old son. Katie is a 9-5 wine sales rep and 24/7 mom. She’s trying to figure out Southern-mom culture as she goes (bless her heart), while still staying true to her roots. She is a Certified Specialist in Wine, and loves to share her knowledge of vino with friends and family, while watching them discover new favorites.

Amanda Cox:

Amanda attended college at The University of Alabama. Lives in the Dallas Fort Worth area with Husband Matthew and daughters Annabelle (9) and Olivia. Loves all things nerdy and weird. Likes to make people laugh whether it be with or at her.

Tiania started posting the videos on TikTok and wasn’t prepared for the response. Nine months later the mother-daughter duo from Myrtle Beach had more than a million social media followers and have now topped 8 million. Through the unexpected social media success, Tiania (who had been laid off from her job in 2021) went from being a single mom living from paycheck to paycheck, to being able to fully support her family.

In their new children’s book, I’m Going to Have a Good Day!, the main character Scarlett practices daily affirmations as she goes about her day, inspiring readers to incorporate similar affirmations into their own lives.
