Since we last spoke with the Squad, Doug Ford and the PC's won a second majority government. Meanwhile, Andrea Horwath and Steven Del Duca both announced their decision to resign as leaders of their respective parties, while Mike Schreiner got re-elected as the only Green Party member at Queens Park representing his riding of Guelph. The question is: will Doug Ford keep his promises to Seniors and will his government satisfy the asks of the CARP 5? And, in news across the pond, the British celebrated the Platinum Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II. It marks 70 years of the Queen's reign on the throne.
