Oonops Drops

This 30th edition of “Oonops Drops” is a tribute mix to Michael Jackson who died six years ago. I think there are enough Best-Of-Mixtapes out there with his original songs. So I decided to do a little selection of my favourite remixes, reworks, not your average edits and sample based tunes. As ever vinyl only. Take a trip down memory lane - R.I.P. M.J.! Visit Oonops on Mixcloud & Facebook.

Welcome to an expedition on the world trail. When you walk it along you will discover different styles of music from around the globe. Oonops teamed up with DJ Haitian Star who digs one hour+ of his finest sounds. He’s known for his sets full of jazzy breaks and hidden gems. Join them both on their journeys deep through their dusty and shiny vinyl crates.

If you ever should get lost in the desert, in the rain forest or wherever else: this is definitely your soundtrack to survive. Otherwise enjoy it while laying on the beach and getting grilled by the desert sun. In this episode Oonops drops some burning laid back joints from his vinyl crates to heat you up. And as if that wasn't enough already he teams up with french producer and selector Blundetto who is famous for his feel good vibes. The man behind Radio Nova (France) takes you on a walk in his world: reggae, latin, funk, soul and moody drums. Chriz The Wiz is rounding up this desert hot 2h+ show with some of his current vinyl favourites. Enjoy!

Here's the latest Tech Trip Session from Techfui's Sadeq. This set contains an elegant selection of melodic and subtle deep house, techno and progressive tunes. Hope you all enjoy it!

Oonops shows love to his broadcast station Brooklyn Radio with this episode and connects his home country Germany with NYC in a very special musical way. Concretely you'll find solely Brooklyn related tracks! Cesar is a well-versed dj technician who already did support for acts like DJ Shadow and Cut Chemist.
