I'm back! Again! My kids, Evin AND Logan, join me as I return to the podcast world! If you have ADHD, this is the episode for you because so do we and we bounce all over the place! From Britney Spears to our favorite movies to the music we are listening to, we are pretty entertaining. Logan is moving to NYC this weekend so it was my last time to get him on the show. Enjoy!!
On this episode, I get to have a one on one conversation with Sydney Campos, author of a book that changed my life - The Empath Experience, What To Do When You Feel Everything. Listen to us talk about the first time she heard the word "empath" and how she has evolved out of using it as a label to describe herself and into it being just a natural part of who she is. You will feel lighter and refreshed after this episode. I just know it!
On this episode, I talk a bit about moving, watching the Super Bowl, and the new documentary Framing Britney Spears before I get into what this episode is really about. Sydney Campos, author of the book "The Empath Experience - What do you when you feel everything" is going to be my guest next week, and I cannot wait to get insight and tools for living life as an empath. To prepare, I go through the checklist in the book about how to know if you are an empath. Everyone needs to listen because odds are that if you aren't one, you are married to one, friends with one (or 2 or 8), working for or with one, or in a family with a few. This is a very important episode for this journey I'm on. Come along!
I'm back and I recorded this one in the car (hands free and safely of course)! I talk about how my 2020 wrapped up, how much I love the Bernie memes, my thoughts about the inauguration and more! Please remember to SHARE, subscribe, and leave a review!
I'm back and I'm giving advice on safe (and not so safe) things to talk about at the table on Thanksgiving. Make sure you spread a little joy this week!
The bright, beautiful light that is Nikki DeLoach joins me on this episode to talk about The Mickey Mouse Club, her role on the MTV show Awkward, working with The Hallmark Channel, being a Mama of 2 boys, having a Dad with an aggressive form of Alzheimer’s, and so much more. Nikki’s view of the world & the way she walks through life is full of hope, grace, and beauty. May you be inspired!
My Mouseketeer friend Jason Minor joins me to tell some really funny stories about The Mickey Mouse Club, the music business, being in the first country boy band, and so much more. I laughed through 99% of this interview. You'll have to listen to find out why it's titled "The One Where Nashville Goes Sexy"!
On this episode, Kelly babbles on about Ohio, Justin Bieber, Britney Spears, documentaries and Ugg boots. Short and sweet this week!
Join me and Evin as we talk about our favorite (and not so favorite) Christmas songs and movies, AND we bring in special guest Jeff Savage to talk about the writing process for Evin's song "Love Song for a Snowman". This episode is sure to make you laugh and get in the Christmas spirit!
Kiley Dean is one of the most prolific singers of our lifetime. Her history includes singing background vocals for Britney Spears, Madonna, Demi Lovato and Matthew Morrison, making a record with award-winning producer/songwriter Timbaland, and overcoming professional and personal struggles, including a battle with cancer. Kiley talks about all of it in this week's episode. She is brave and strong and has amazing things ahead. You will be inspired!
