I have been binge-watching the later Terminator movies, and I have no idea why. Before the start of this week I had only ever seen the original and the sequel, both of which I had enjoyed but I can't say I was a card-carrying, T-shirt-wearing kind of a fan.

I stumbled across the third instalment, watched that and then for reasons unknown had to track down the rest and watch them over the course of the last week.

Intellectually, spiritually & philosophically I can't tell you that they have moved the dial. In fact they moshed together into a kind of B movie blur, and even though I was entertained in the moment, once it had passed I was content to move on.

I am not even quite sure why I am telling you this, other than the on-demand phenomena is a strange one when it takes hold.

Therapy For Me (or TFM as I now refer to it) is a bit of an audio curiosity. It started out as a mechanism for me to clear my head, with the hope that by saying stuff out loud it would act as a little bit of self-help. It's remains loose in style, fluid in terms of content and raw - it's a one take, press record and see what happens, affair.
