In this stunning chapter 4 of Romans, Paul shows us the life of Abraham to remind us that even greatly admired heroes of the faith are only ever justified before God by faith, and never anything they accomplish. Paul then shows how this same faith that justifies us allows us to trust God in our hardest times, in things that look impossible for Him to accomplish.
