So...doesn't it sound better to say, "what are you passionate about?" instead of "what do you do?" (career)
It's all too easy to live by our labels, to cling to them, hold tight and never let go.
We are so much more than that.
These labels can serve us but how are they serving us?
Are we gripping too tight on one label/identity we have created for ourselves?
What brings us joy and passion?
What fuels our reason to wake up?
I bring you a little bit of a back story on my education as commitment to being an artist and how I have learned to gently release that part of myself in order to open myself up to a bigger world of wonder.
You can see my artwork here :D
I hope this lifts and inspires you in some way
sending lots of love to you!
Ch-ch-ch-ch-changes
We all have to start somewhere…but first it takes a hint of awareness to realize that where we are is not where we want to be. To be able to jump outside of ourselves, to ask questions, and to ponder deeply.
The reason can be individualistic or it can be for the greater good, for our partners, our families and friends, our community and inevitably, the world. But why change?
Change is such a valuable part of life. Know you are not alone on your journey. There is so much value in the individual who adjusts themselves for the greater good. Most change solely for themselves, as they should, because as the old adage goes, you can’t change someone…or “You can lead a horse to water, but you can’t make him drink.”
But you can make yourself drink, drink up the sweet glass of change.
Join me for a little discussion about the power of change, how I am making small changes in my life and how it's all about the journey, not the destination.

Movement is medicine, and it's available to you right now
Movement is good for the body, mind and soul
Movement is therapy
Movement is meditation/prayer/gratitude for your body
Here I take a mini dive into how movement has affected me personally, I hope this encourages you to integrate more movement in your life.
Ways you can move (I like to move it, move it)
Remember take it slow, encourage yourself and know that your making changes at the cellular level. You are what you do in a day! So love your sweet self wildly.

**Please note, movement is not a replacement for antidepressants and depression pills. Make sure to talk to your health care professional and see if including exercise/movement works for you and your body. Chances are it's a great compliment to your care.
Not everyone is able bodied and this is a great privilege to have in this lifetime. I hope you are able to cultivate some movement in anyway possible.
Howdy all,
A little homage, love, tenderness for your beautiful skin
A little bit of my skin voyage and story and ways that we can improve our skin health...small steps are big steps!
Join me for our first love letter and many many more to come.
We've spent way way way too much time criticizing and ridiculing all the "imperfections" of our skin, when it is such a grace filled and holy place.
