Calling yourself a Christian means more than holding beliefs, attending church, or knowing the Bible. Jesus defines a disciple as someone who denies self, takes up their cross daily, and follows Him. His path leads through suffering, death, and resurrection. Those who follow Him should expect a costly path, yet they stay near the One who forgives sin, lifts guilt, and gives peace. Daily obedience reaches into ordinary choices, including repairing broken relationships before sharing the Lord's Supper.
