when I was younger I had no clue how to stand up for myself or commit to my goals. But, over time and experience, that changed greatly. I've met and helped many people who were in similar shoes, and today I hope to do the same with listeners in that situation. I share very important moments from my life that made me a stronger person. As someone who went from an unheard voice to a confident speaker, I share the tricks and fundamentals about this shift in personality. I also share where I believe we learned not to stand up for ourselves, and how to reverse those effects of childhood trauma. I hope you take from this episode and learn how to say "no"!
